Giant LED Screen, Traffic Road

"Urban Future" digital road model was jointly created by the well-known Danish construction companies and Audi in the Miami Design Exhibition 2011, the future of urban transportation construction for our new ideas. The show is a huge 185 m2 LED screen, built-in 3D camera tracking pedestrian movement traces and related data to the processor and the formation of a series of artistic images and vehicles on the screen, and after treatment travel path, thereby helping to create a pedestrian and unmanned vehicles to share a harmonious space.
The venture emanated from BIG’s succeeding offer for Mercedes and BIG Illustrate the City Street of the Upcoming which they named (Driver)Less is More, a perform on their comedian YES is More that was launched around the same time. Looking at the renderings you would not be held responsible for considering it was some type of downtown great celebration. The offer has roads included with LED lighting which monitor the actions of everything and set goals to best switch visitors and people on the streets through the place. The idea is to get more visitors circulation while publishing bulk of area for other uses.

The offer came to life amazingly easily as a 190 rectangle gauge set co-developed with Kollision + Schmidhuber & Associate. The pavilion lighting up where individuals are status or going for walks with LED blobs. Where more individuals collect, an lighted reasoning seems to be below them. The pavilion uses 3D cams to recognize people and things and nourishes that information into a pc which then guides driverless energy source through the roads. As individuals switch across the vehicles, their direction changes and is indicated by the online arrows. The pavilion also displays off the  Mercedes A2 electrical idea car which is about the same dimension as a Small or Fiat 500.
